1. Please immediately shut off the water under the kitchen sink or you may be billed for the damage.
Turn on the kitchen tap to make sure it is shut off!

2. Call the Maintenance Manager on 07472930049 if you cannot get ahold of him – call an emergency plumber [we’ll reimburse you ASAP] use yell.com

3. Make sure all rooms are open and accessible – do not go anywhere until they arrive onsite.
